What is Lampe Berger?
Lampe Berger removes odors in your home and leaves it smelling good. Yes, it actually REMOVES odors! Cooking smells, mustiness, odors from dog and kid's shoes, you name it...Lampe Berger gets rid of it.
Established in France in 1898 by Maurice Berger, each Lampe Berger has a patented catalytic converter to remove unpleasant odors and disperse your chosen fragrance into the air. Each Lampe is a kit that comes with simple instructions and is safe to use in your home. (Never go away and leave a burning Lampe unattended.)
Ann's Lampes come with a wick, funnel and grille (protects you from the burner when it's hot). Ann's has over 60 Lampe Berger fragrances, including many retired fragrances still in stock. Lampes come in many shapes, sizes, colors and styles. Choose one that fits your decor.
How to use Lampe Berger
Pour Lampe Berger fragrance into your lampe no more than 1/2 way.
Insert the wick into the lamp, put the little cap on it and leave it to soak the wick for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the cap, light the burner and let it flame for two minutes, then blow out the flame. Now the lamp is working to clean and make fragrant the air in your home.
Simply replace the cap to "turn it off."
You can let the Lampe burn until all the fragrance is gone if you prefer. (Some people like to have Lampe Berger burning all the time to keep their home filled with their favorite fragrance.) Simply follow the steps here (refill, wait for wick to soak before lighting.) A dry wick will not light.
You can mix fragrances if you like, but please only use Lampe Berger fragrance in your Lampe Berger lampe. (Mixing brands can ruin the wick, which you can replace with a new one from Ann's.)

Lampe Berger fragrance is alcohol based and comes in half-liter size bottles. Some fragrances are available in liter size. Ann's has 81 fragrances, including many retired fragrances still in stock.
Your Lampe Berger comes with a wick. Ann's sells additional wicks should you damage yours (by using fragrance other than Lampe Berger) or just need to replace it. Wicks have a normal burn life of 200 hours or more.
